There’s some amazing statistics, but I'm Sooo bad at facts, because I forget them...so its potassium..whats K ?

Anyway, there's three main ones and in farming they use those three big things and don’t bother with trace elements, but seaweed can give you all the trace elements soo its reeaallly great.

Rec19: Polly – message to seaweed

oooohhhh, maybe I'll see you in the spring and have a little swish around with you, see you in the spring.

OHH ladies ...MAY THE EARTH BE CLEANSED BY THE POWER OF THE BLADDERWRACK!

Rec23: Imogen

I tell you what its incredible, I have less pain in my feet permanently from doing it over the course of three days, I slept with it in my sock. Its incredible stuff, pain anywhere it helps, I wrapped it on my hand cos I get slight arthritis and stuff, but you know any sort of inflammation, its amazing stuff, and I think nearly all the seaweeds have those properties, because they are permeable and have those sea elements. So yeah, It helps with painful feet ...wrap the seaweed around pain.

Rec24: Imogen

So Seaweed OK , thanks so much its absolutely beautiful gift for my yard,

….isn’t glorious I think it would make amazing jewelery....
